Rental insurance ranges from about $12 to $20 per month and you are welcome to use any company you prefer. WC Smith property insurance will not cover your belongings.

We have multiple ways to pay rent. You can pay through your online resident portal, or bring a check or money order to our leasing office.

At The Shawmut, residents are responsible for electricity and any cable / internet service they choose. WC Smith will handle all water, gas and trash fees.
